The price for each item depends on the weight, Carat of the metal, the size and quality of the gemstone, which will be specified to you by email from one of our professional representatives. Production time depends on the selected item, can range from 1-5 weeks from the time the payment is made. Items can be picked up in our stores or in the laboratory in Tirana. Orders inside Albanian territory are delivered via Albanian Courier, whereas international orders are sent via Fedex post. The product price and its delivery cost does not include any of the import and customs taxes of the respective states, which belong to the customer. For special delivery methods please consult via email our customer service staff that is ready to assist you throughout the process of ordering and delivery, including any customization of your order, such as laser inscription. All orders include proper packaging and certification (if applicable) without extra charge. Full payment is requested for the item to be processed and then delivered.
If the item has a flaw in production, or does not respond to your requests, you can return or change it within 30 working days. Items must be in their original condition, without defects, repairs or customizations applied. Substitution may apply within 30 days for items of equal value or higher. Return and the change can take place in one of our shops in Tirana, or you can contact one of our representatives for alternative methods. Compensation in case of return may require up to 30 days to be credited.
We provide additional services for life for purchased items, such as repairs, customization, change size, and cleaning. We protect the quality of our products, if you have any problems, please contact us and we'll try to assist you in the best way possible. Your orders are unique and treated very seriously by our team, which will notify you about the details of the Order during the process.
