Order, Delivery & Pricing Policy
The final price of each item is determined based on several factors, including the weight and Karat of the metal, the size and quality of the gemstone, and other specific details. A personalized quote will be provided via email by one of our professional representatives. Production time varies depending on the item selected and typically ranges from 1 to 5 weeks starting from the date of payment confirmation. Orders can be collected at our stores or laboratory in Tirana. International and within Albania orders are shipped through post. Please note that product prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees in the recipient’s country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. For specific delivery arrangements or alternative shipping methods, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team via email. Our team is available to assist you throughout the entire ordering and delivery process, including any customization requests such as laser engraving. All orders include appropriate packaging and certification at no additional cost. Full payment is required before production begins and for the order to be processed and shipped.
Return and exchange
If your item contains a manufacturing defect or does not meet your original specifications, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 30 working days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of damage, alteration, or customization. Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day period for products of equal or greater value. Returns or exchanges can be completed at any of our official stores in Tirana, or alternatively, you may contact one of our representatives to arrange a different return method. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and credited, depending on the method of payment.
