To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of damage, alteration, or customization. Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day period for products of equal or greater value. Returns or exchanges can be completed at any of our official stores in Tirana, or alternatively, you may contact one of our representatives to arrange a different return method. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and credited, depending on the method of payment.
