Orders can be collected at our stores or laboratory in Tirana. International and within Albania orders are shipped through post. Please note that product prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees in the recipient’s country. All orders include appropriate packaging and certification at no additional cost. Full payment is required before production begins and for the order to be processed and shipped.
If your item contains a manufacturing defect or does not meet your original specifications, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 30 working days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of damage, alteration, or customization. Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day period for products of equal or greater value. Returns or exchanges can be completed at any of our official stores in Tirana, or alternatively, you may contact one of our representatives to arrange a different return method. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and credited, depending on the method of payment.
