Terms and Conditions
This document constitutes a binding agreement between Pirro Sh.p.k., registered with the National Business Center (QKR) under NIPT K31419099E, with its headquarters located at: Rruga Gjin Bue Shpata, Pallati 5/1, Tirana, and the respective clients. It outlines the General Terms and Conditions for the online purchase of Pirro Sh.p.k. products via the website www.pirro.al (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms”). By placing an order and making a purchase through www.pirro.al, you unconditionally accept all the “General Terms.” These Terms apply to all online sales made through the website, whether the products are delivered to the Client’s specified address or picked up at one of our stores.
In the event of any changes to the General Terms, the updated version will be published on this website. Such changes will not have retroactive effect. Pirro Sh.p.k. is not responsible for any unwanted or unverified materials that may be downloaded while navigating the website. Additionally, Pirro Sh.p.k. is not liable for any issues caused by the visitor’s lack of antivirus protection, firewall, or use of an outdated browser. Clients are solely responsible for using the appropriate equipment and software to protect against external threats (viruses, malware, etc.) during online purchases. Pirro Sh.p.k. reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the offering of products online at any time due to maintenance, updates, improvements, or any other reason. Any violation of these Terms entitles Pirro Sh.p.k. to cancel the online purchase and revoke your access to the website.
PRICING AND PRODUCTION TIME
The price of each item depends on its weight, metal karat, dimensions, and the quality of the gemstones. Prices displayed on the website refer to materials pre-selected by the management. If you require customized materials, please contact us for more detailed information.
Production time varies based on the item and ranges from 1 to 5 weeks after payment is made. Once payment is received, your order will be followed by our team, who will contact you.
Domestic deliveries are handled by Albanian posts, while international shipments are made via international posts. Shipping costs are included in the product price with no additional charges. If you would like assistance from a professional throughout the ordering and delivery process, including customisations such as laser engraving, please contact us. All orders include appropriate packaging and certification (if applicable) at no extra cost. Payment must be made in full before production or delivery begins
PAYMENT METHODS
- Clients can make payments using:
– Bank transfer
– Any type of debit or credit card
Payment must be completed in full before production or delivery begins. In the event Pirro Sh.p.k. is unable to fulfill part of the order due to causes beyond its control, the corresponding value of undelivered products and shipping costs will be deducted from the payment and refunded after notifying the client.
Please note:
During payment, the client is automatically connected to the payment server, part of the bank’s data processing control system. The client’s banking information is encrypted and not processed or stored by Pirro Sh.p.k.
ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’ve made a payment and wish to cancel the order before production or shipping has begun, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
If the item has already been shipped and there is a production error or it does not meet your expectations, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 business days. Items must be in their original condition, without damage, repairs, or applied customizations.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days for items of equal or greater value. Returns or exchanges can be made at our stores in Tirana or by coordinating with one of our representatives for an alternative postal method. Full compensation in case of returns may take up to 30 days to be processed. Items with personalized design details cannot be returned or exchanged.
WARRANTY
We offer lifetime services for purchased items, including repairs, customizations, resizing, and cleaning. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Your orders are unique and handled with great care by our team, who will keep you updated throughout the process. You are always welcome to visit our stores for consultations with our professional assistants.
ONLINE ORDERING PROCEDURE
To make an online purchase, the Client must be at least 18 years old and legally competent. Registration is the first step to placing an order. During registration, the Client must provide their full name, email address, and password.
Clients are required to submit accurate and truthful data necessary for identification. Passwords are personal and must be kept confidential.
To place an order, the Client must log in with their username and password. The password is not used for processing payments.
The Client completes the order by following the steps on the website and confirming the detailed summary of the selected product(s) and their respective prices.
Pirro Sh.p.k. is not responsible if someone other than the Client places an order using their username and password, with or without the Client’s knowledge. Client data verification and entry of the card number constitute an explicit signature and acceptance of all transactions performed on the website. Pirro Sh.p.k. is not responsible if a stolen or lost card is used for payment and the respective bank confirms the transaction. Pirro Sh.p.k. is not liable for website downtime that may delay or prevent online orders due to reasons beyond its reasonable control or maintenance work performed on the site.
SERVICE INTERRUPTION AND ACCESS RESTRICTION
Pirro Sh.p.k. is not responsible for any interruptions of the website’s functionality due to technical or external reasons. Any attempt to misuse the system or violate these terms may result in suspension of access.
